Admission & Parking: $5 fee.  (Not sure if they will collect per car or per person)

Weather: Lower/Mid 70s, High of 75.  Sunny, should be a nice day to run.

Awards: Top 25 in Each Race.

Focus Points:

·       Bus leaves in the afternoon this week, which will feel different.  Sleep in a bit (but not excessively), get some rest, and eat a nice healthy breakfast.

·       I know it’s homecoming, but I’d really caution against standing up at the football game all night – this is a fast course and with so many runners you will always have someone to pass and push yourself.

·       This meet is HUGE.  Don’t be intimidated by the size of the field.  Once you get past the opening 400m or so it will spread out and you can run your own race.  You will ALWAYS have someone around you, so focus on gaining places over the second half of the course and you will be surprised by your time.
