Dead Period Training

The KHSAA mandated "Dead Period" runs from Sunday, June 25th to Sunday, July 9th.  During this time, it is important that you run!  You may continue meeting as a group at 9am at Fern Creek Park, or may do these workouts on your own.  If you have to miss a day, or move a workout around, that's ok.  The most important point is that you continue to train consistently, and do not take multiple days off!  You have already worked hard to begin getting in shape, and you do not want to allow your body to reset itself back to square one!  If you have any questions about these workouts, please text me before Sunday so that I can answer your questions.
