Friday, November 2^nd

4:00pm – Depart Fern Creek High School

5:30 – Check in to Days Inn Hotel, Change

6:00 – Depart for UK Arboretum (Pre-Meet Run)

500 Alumni Drive, Lexington, KY 40503. 

7:30ish – Olive Garden (Please Bring $20 Dollars for your Meal)

Free Time until Light's Out @ 11pm

Saturday, November 3^rd

8:00am – 9:00am – Breakfast in Hotel Lobby

11:00 – Depart for KY Horse Park

12:30 – Warmup

1:15 – All Teams in Starting Box

1:30 – Gun

Return to Louisville After a Steak/Shake Stop on the Ride Home (Bring Money)

All other team members attending will be charged $10 entry fee.  You are free to meet us at the hotel and ride the bus with us to avoid paying for parking ($5 parking at Horse Park).  Please note that the team cannot buy State Meet Shirts this year due to the number of qualifiers and cost of the Owensboro Trip.
