Friday:
·         6 Mile Recovery Run (Top 10 Runners)
·         5 Mile Recovery Run (All Boys)
·         2-3 Mile Recovery Run (Girls)
·         All Runners – GS & Stretch After

Saturday:
·         10 Min Warmup, Dynamic, 4-5 Mile Tempo Run, 10 Min Cooldown (Top 10 Runners)
·         10 Min Warmup, Dynamic, 3-4 Mile Tempo Run, 10 Min Cooldown (Boys)
·         3 Mile Run (Girls)

Sunday:
·         15 – 20 Minute Jog (Top 10)
·         Day Off (All others)
