Sunday, Sept 3rd
· Varsity A/B

Break Day
o
Cross Train
(Bike, Hike, Swim etc) or Short 15 min Jog
o
Eat a pizza. Stay out of trouble. Take a nap.
Etc.

Take the entire
day off. Eat a pizza. Help your
parents. Do something nice for
someone. Get outside. Read a book.
Tell your parents you love them.
