Focus Points

·      Pace!  Especially for our new runners.

·      Hydrate Friday night and stay off of your feet – take it easy and rest up!

·      Pack your bag the night before.

·      Eat a healthy breakfast!  This is our earliest meet of the year.

·      Maintain your pace and pick people off in the woods – every place counts!

·      Although you train with your FC teammates, you need to run your own race during the last mile.

·      Be mentally tough!
