Reminders for this Week
·      JCPS Championships = Thursday
·      Team Pasta Dinner (Olive Garden on Hurstbourne) = Wednesday

·      We have only 2 races left in the season that are guaranteed.  Now is the time to do everything right and reap the rewards of all the hard work you have done this year.  You need to be eating well, sleeping on a regular schedule each night, and taking care of your body.  We will be running a few less miles this week and next and your body should feel fresh and ready to go.  THERE IS NOTHING TO LOSE, DON’T HOLD ANYTHING BACK OVER THESE NEXT TWO RACES.
